Healthy Low Fat Dorayaki

Who loves these amazing dessert? I literally loved them since I tasted them.
I am sure you know them too that’s the reason why I made a healthy version which is also low in fat and sugar so you can definitely enjoy them at any time of the day.
Before to start with the Healthy Low Fat Dorayaki recipe I am gonna explain you shortly what Dorayaki is.

“A dorayaki is a palm-size treat comprising a sweet filling sandwiched between two round cakes that are similar to American pancakes.
The name “dorayaki” comes from the Japanese word for “gong”: dora.”

Ingredients for two Healthy Low Fat Dorayaki:
– 20 g coconut flour
– 20 g white flour
– 20 g oat flour
– 1 egg
– 50 ml water
– 2 TSP  erythritol ( Buy it On Amazon )
– 3 g Baking Powder pane degli angeli ( you can use other brand but I personally love this as it hasn’t got a chemical taste )
– 1 TSP maple syrup

Ingredients to make the chocolate cream:
– 75 g 0% fat greek yogurt
– 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 TSP maple syrup

Steps To make Healthy Low Fat Dorayaki:
– Beat in a cup the egg with erythritol
– Add the flour little by little and mix properly then add the maple syrup
– Add water and baking powder and continue to mix all the ingredients
– Put the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes to let it rest
– Make the chocolate cream by mixing the ingredients listed above
– Cook the Dorayaki in a no-stick pan and filling up them with the amazing chocolate cream
