Gluten Sugar Free Protein Cupcakes

WE GOING CRAZY FOR CUPCAKES RIGHT?
Honestly as soon as I arrived in the UK I had the pleasure of working in a famous company that made only cupcakes, really of all tastes and one better than the other and since I worked there, well, I ate more than one a day of course.

For being so tasteful as you know, cupcakes are just as buttery and sugary and that’s why you would never stop eating them. We are aware that sugar creates a real addiction because, as shown by many studies, in addition to promoting weight gain, sugar acts on the same areas of the brain that drugs, nicotine and addictive substances act on.

I’m not saying to avoid the original one ( I don’t do that ) but what matters to live a healthy and longevity life is always our balance/habit.
I therefore thought to satisfy my needs and I made Gluten Sugar Free Protein Cupcakes recipe which is super healthy, super tasteful but sugar-free ( which I always replace with erythritol ) because It’s natural, doesn’t cause side effects and tastes almost exactly like sugar – without the calories.

I finally added a protein amount just to make it fit with macronutrients and desirable by all those who love these sweets.

Let’s go and check the ingredients to make Gluten Sugar Free Protein Cupcakes (watch the video and follow the steps)
– 130 g Rice Flour
– 50 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
– 8 g Baking Powder pane degli angeli ( you can use other brand but I personally love this as it hasn’t got a chemical taste )
– Vanilla Flavouring
– 40 ml Coconut Butter ( or normal butter)
– 2 Eggs
– 15 g Dark chocolate Chips

Gluten Sugar Free Protein Cupcakes cream ingredients:
– 15 g Vegan Protein Strawberry Flavour
– 15 g Vegan Protein Powder Chocolate Flavour
– 250 g Greek Yogurt 0% Fat

Macronutrients per Cupcake ( 10 Cupcakes in total )

Energy : 96 kcal

Carbohydrates : 12.7 g

Fat : 1.6 g

Protein: 7.4 g

Sugar: 1.9 g

Fiber: 0.3 g

Bake it in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for 40 minutes (ish)
To be sure about cooking time check the them using a toothpick.
Let it cool and then add the protein cream.
