Spring/Summer is coming 😁

We are in already in March and that means that spring and sunny days are just around the corner.
Is it true or not that when the summer comes we all feel happier and full of energy than usual?
Apart from the benefits of sunlight on our mood, skin and much more and on which I do not dwell on because obviously we know them all, I dwell on those cravings for freshness and lightness that assail us in the summer because when is too hot, is too hot. 🥵

The cake I made today is full of freshness and lightness that combined together make a perfect combo.
How nice it will be to get our breakfast with something healthy that gives us the nutrients to smash the day?
My friends, I have prepared for all of you, and obviously for me too, this very tasty Gluten Free Orange/Chocolate PlumCake with a bit of dark chocolate because I’m a fan of that.

Gluten Free Orange/Chocolate PlumCake is also Sugar Free which means that it is super digestible and low in calories
(140 kcal per slice).

Let’s not waste time and start listing the ingredients:
– 260 g Rice Flour
– 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
– 160 g white egg
– 80 ml water
– 80 g erythritol ( Buy it On Amazon )
– 8 g baking powder
– 15 g dark chocolate chips

Gluten Free Orange/Chocolate PlumCake

Macronutrients per Single Slice ( 8 slice in total )

Energy : 141 kcal

Carbohydrates : 26.4 g

Fat : 1.7 g

Protein: 4.7 g

Sugar: 1.3 g

Fiber: 1.7 g

Bake it in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for 40-50 minutes or until a crust has formed.
To be sure about cooking time check the cake using a toothpick.
